bonèr clothing's top priority is giving customers total satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased please return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly exchange your product or refund your purchase (or as permitted by the exceptions below). Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange an item, bonèr clothing will be happy to ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you.

Exceptions to Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our limited edition shirts some exchanges will not be feasible. For example if you order a medium shirt but require a larger size, there is a possibility we no longer have that particular design in a larger size. If this is the case you have several options. 1) We can exchange your shirt for a different design of your choice in the corresponding size of equal value. 2) You may return your purchase and use it as credit toward an item of greater value. 3) We can refund your purchase. You can check out our site in the future for anything you might like. Please sign up on our newsletter page to receive updates on new designs.

How to return an item
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item please notify us via e-mail and send the garment to the address provided below. Upon receiving your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Your return package must include the garment in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. You must include a copy of the invoice, along with the reason for return. Please include what you would like to do with the t shirt or hoodie(ex. exchange, return). Please note: Return shipping charges are your responsibility.

If you live in Calgary and wish to return or exchange an item, please write us an e-mail explaining what you wish to do with your purchase. From here we will arrange a time to pick up or exchange your product. This way you may designate your shipping charges to us.
